Referring to my minute, recorded in C.O. 639/93, I have the honour to submit the following recommendations for the performance of the duties which it was contemplated should be fulfilled by Store Sergeants and Sub-Inspector.

(a) To place the store, as it is at present, in the hands of a Sergeant who has worked well for years.
